As the boys have grown, Elliot has become, somewhat annoyingly if you ask Ethan, Ethan's shadow. It's been rather fun therefore to see Elliot turn into his own person every day while Ethan's away at school.
Where Enah?
You know where Ethan is, where did we take him this morning?
Enah at fool?
Yes, Ethan's at school.
He's become quite a little chatterbox. He flirts with the camp staff, does puzzles, plays games and watches moomies.
He's become my little buddy. I'm remembering what it was like to hang with just Ethan before Elliot was born. It's an odd feeling to have to think about activities for him to do rather than just breaking up fights between brothers.
Lately he's entered the NO! I do it myself! phase with hurricane force. Mix that with a good two-year-old tantrum and you have quite the storm.
Yet, the minute Enah gets home from fool, he immediately reverts to shadow.
The other day in the car, we notice he's covered himself completely with his favorite blanket. Then we hear:
Where Are Me?!

That is so cute! I love kid words. :)
my boys are the same way! i was surprised to see Cole act the same way though when Dane has preschool & he doesn't have kindergarten:) i love how they are such good buddies; makes me wonder why i'm adding a third to the mix in 4 wks. hopefully they'll let him tag along too!
